Richard Simmons Sweatin to the Oldies 5 is a good workout. One thing that makes it a little hard for me is it's a bit aggressive. I'm a senior and sometimes it gets too fast for me. I'm doing what I can. But the one he has for seniors apparently only comes in VHS tape.

I have not worked out with Richard Simmons in a few years after wearing out the Sweatin to the Oldies 3 vhs! So, I decided I wanted to start again and purchased this one. I love the music and the upbeat tempo and of course Richard makes you feel good and keeps you going. Great DVD, just have to learn some of the new steps and moves, but I like that you can go to a "chapter" and repeat a particular segment to help you learn.
