Light-coverage protection to ward off aging effects
I had received samples from my dermatologist in both original and matte. Right away I noticed that this sunblock gave the same tone-evening effect of my light-coverage foundation. It is a little dark for my taste--I'm very fair and generally take the lightest tone of an available foundation--but it evened me out so well that the color became a non-issue. After trying both, and ordering even more samples, I settled on the Matte version to avoid looking shiny. There is no sunblock smell, and it does not irritate my sensitive skin. I do have to make sure that I don't leave it on too long--as in, clean my face once I'm indoors for the night--to avoid some poor-clogging. This does not run into your eyes throughout the day, so it is safe to bring up onto the upper and lower lid, unlike most sunblock. I have started wearing this most days in place of sunscreen moisturizer and foundation. It stays put well for such a product, and there is very little transfer onto clothing. I highly recommend this for other middle-aged women with decent skin, and for late-twenties and -thirty-somethings looking to prevent the effects of aging.Read full review

Balance in changed formula not right.
The original formula for this product has, obviously, been changed. After reading previous reviews, some users have complained about the serum being too thick and sticky. Now it is way too thin and oily. Is there some way to make the serum thicker without the very oily texture? Meet in the middle.

Best Broad Spectrum Sunscreen/Moisturizer
I have been using Revision Intellishade Original for 20+ years every day on my face after recommendation by dermatologist who removed malignant skin cancer. which has never returned. It is lightweight, not greasy, provides very good coverage and the tinted color adjusts to skin tone. I've tried other brands...but none compare. When spending a lot of time in the sun, I put Revision Intellishade Original over a 60+ SPF sunblock to get extra coverage. I used to have to order Revision from a doctor's office for much more money. Highly Recommend It!!
