Fits Grado - replaces Grado dry rotted ear pads
Excellent and comfortable ear pad. After having 2 pair of Grado ear pads disinegrate on the Grado 325 headphone, I took advice from several reviewers/headphone blogs to purchase Senn's HD414 ear pads. These will not dry rot and will save money over time vs. having to purchase Grado replacement pads every couple of years. They are a snug fit over the 325's and do not move or slide around on the 325 ear cup. I installed these normally and have not tried the reverse mod that many Grado users do with these Senn ear pads (reverse install and cut out holes). The sound is excellent - I can percieve a slight (and I mean slight) difference in sound since the ear phone is not the exact same distance from the ear as with the original Grado ear pad but to me the soundstage and lows/mids/highs are ... Excellent and comfortable ear pad. The plain facts are that these are 2 little pieces of yellow foam that cost me (& possibly you) $12.50 with shipping. The foam can't cost more than about 15¢., so no, it's not a good value. Review question: Is it of good quality? How am I supposed to know? Ask me in 2 years and we'll see if they hold together or not. And how can I recommend it? It looks like every other little piece of foam on the whole planet. Is it yellow? YES, I can truthfully and enthusiastically say, It's YELLOW! Works well with Grado headphones.
I use these on my trusty old Grado SR-60 headphones. The stock/OEM Grado "flat" pads are a slightly softer foam than these, but I actually prefer these Sennheiser HD414 pads. With regular use, they last 5 to 7 years for me before the foam starts to break down. I prefer to replace them at the first signs of degradation, but one could get more use out of them if one wanted to be frugal. When brand new, they are a tight fit on Grados, but they stretch and relax over time. High quality and made in Germany - these are a great value.I use these on my trusty old Grado SR-60 headphones. Not an exact match, but pliable enough to stretch and cover my Sennheiser HD 410 SL's
I ordered the black exact replacements, but then also ordered these yellow ones that are for a slightly newer model of Sennheiser headphones. The pads stretch just enough to fit and the overall feel is incredible. The weight of the headphones is almost imperceptible on my head and these pads add almost no weight to the mix. They make it a pleasure to use my old friends again.

Exactly what I was looking for! OEM replacements
I've been using my original Sennheiser HD-414 headphones since 1970. I've always replaced my ear cushions with OEM Sennheiser foam replacement pads and that's exactly what I got.
