This chainsaw replaced a 10" limb/prune one that had been my mom's that just quit working (i think it may have been overworked!) I was very happy with this 14" chainsaw, it's still lightweight for those of us who can't lift anything heavy. You may have to retighten the chain here & there but it tends to be used for probably bigger than recommended down trees. It handles it all very well for an electric. I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants a lightweight, durable machine.

Cuts through hard A$$ oak limbs and branches only slowing down a little when at the thickest parts of large limbs. Big chunks of of sawdust flying through the air. Since I’m using the oak I’m cutting for bbq, I’m using Walmart generic canola oil to lube the bar and chain. Seems to work just fine.

Just what I needed for small jobs around the house , Just as described and arrived in record time . Great if you don't need or are able to use a gas chainsaw . I like the fact it is electric so all I have to do is plug it in , make sure it has oil and go to work !

Great product for the price. I have used it several times already to crosscut 6-8" cedar logs for craft projects, no problem. Very happy with the way it performs. One thing I noticed is that it does not have a sprocket at the tip of the chainbar like some chainsaws, to eliminate wear from the chain as it passes around. That is the only thing that prevented me from giving it five stars. Keep pressing that oil button!
