I have used a precursor to this model, without the answering feature. I like it because the caller I.D. is large (although is not lit), and the answering feature replaces an answering machine I had been using. I like the bigger buttons and the way it looks. The only thing about it that I would change is to be able to adjust the volume on the answering feature, which is too loud. Otherwise, the price is right, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good desk phone for their home or office.

I bought this to replace my Mom's current phone. Her old phone is similar, but has the instructional buttons all over the place, making it difficult for her to use. This phone has everything on one side, making it much easier and less confusing for her to navigate. Big numbers for easy dialing. Highly recommend, especially for older people.

It is pretty fancy office home phone. Large numbers on the display. Date and time, any messages or the answering Mach. Clean voice on calls. Happy with it. It fits my needs as a single line. Good price for this phone. The ringer is about 90bph... Large numbers on the key pad. Not too large.. Would like a light on the display. The dealer had some super quick shipping, and well pack. Has a year from the company for free repairs. I have a minor hearing problem and it sounds good without a hearing aid.
Sound quality is a little staticky, but tone is good. I like the menu set up and caller ID
