This book is an awesome addition for fitness enthusiast who wants to add the agility and balance of a multi sport athlete. It is a challenge to learn the exercises...give yourself time. I have not been able to find his version of the medicine ball, so I have used alternatives...sometimes switching balls to fit the needs of different exercises. As a very fit senior, I treasure this approach as insurance that I retain my mobility as long as possible. There are helpfulyoutube videos by the author that are online...I have not been able to find the videos that he sold as a set with the book though.
I liked this book very much. It was easy to read, and the exercises were very easy to follow. I would recommend this book highly!
