I am a 45 year old female with health issues that make me tired. As I get older, I seem to require more sleep. I don't like that. Who doesn't like an hour or two nap on the weekends(?), but I can sleep through most of the weekend. :0( I had a medical procedure a few weeks back that require I not take certain meds or supplements for a few weeks. I have been a a sluggish mess without my Rainbow Light Rejuvenage40+. I exaggerate NOT! I began taking them regularly at about 41 years of age so I know the benefits!!! I started back on them 2 days ago (before I should), and I'm back in power. I can't get through my workday productively without them. Caffeine just picks me up so it can slam me back down, and give me a dreadful headache. I don't even take the recommended 4 supplements a day. I usually take 2 daily. One in the a.m. and 1 in the afternoon around 2/2:30 with lunch. Wonderful complexion, long, strong nails, increased energy, and better digestion (if you know what I mean). It is important to drink a full glass of water with and a full glass between taking each supplement. Water keeps the pills moving through and out of your system. The pills are big --- BIG. You don't want any left overs sitting in your kidneys or liver. "Keep it moving."
