This chair looks good from afar. Upon closer inspection however, it is obvious the base and arms are not aluminum or steel but painted hard plastic, bubbling and scuffed in some spots. It could use more padding and the whole chair is holding up but wonder for how long. Bolt fell out a few days after building had to re screw. Vibration feels good but leaves more to be desired. Also disappointingly heat function didn't seem to work as temp advertised wasn't reached. Base legs seem rather short, one must be careful of sitting back too hard otherwise might tip back. Also PVC leather popped out of headrest plastic frame revealing nasty sloppy seam threads sticking out. Also seemed uneven to me but overall if you ignore these cosmetic and quality flaws pretty bearable but if your gonna pay over $100 better to get something nicer and more durable or an actual massage chair with ball rollers etc.Read full review

i weigh 250 pounds so this might be the reason the height adjustment does not stay and up goes down right away, but my old chair never had this problem. that really is my only complaint at this price point . everything else works ok. a loss for me as returning is a pain. my wife only weighs 100 pounds and has no problems with the chair going down.

Clearly this is a Chinese knock off. And for the price, it is fairly well made and quite comfortable. It's a good deal.
