Not a keeper
This book in my mind would be one-pot meals but it has you boiling the pasta in a separate pot and is filled with both soups and seafood, neither of which I care for. We tried one recipe that looked hopeful and didn't care for it. I loved the Food & Wine Quick From Scratch Pasta but didn't like this one. Will give it away.

Easy delicious recipes using basic,fresh and non processed ingredients. I liked it so much I got one for my sister, who is not a cook and she loved it too!
