This Professional Dough Improver makes bread rise really nice and the bread taste better. But it's also a good idea to poke holes along the top of dough just before baking, with a toothpick making sure to just maybe go 1/4" deep and about 1/2" apart. Do the same to the sides near top of bread pan. You should have 3 rows of tiny holes which really help with the rising letting the steam out while baking allowing this product to do much better.
