This Mag fit my gun, stays in and feeds round nose bullets flawlessly. I have read all the bad reviews and negative opinions on these, but this fits my particular TCP like a glove and works as good as the factory mags. I have already ordered another one. My TCP is a D version and has a high serial number which I assume makes it later production.....Perhaps the trouble with these mags is with the earlier TCP's??? IDK....but its perfect for mine.

I bought my Taurus with the stock 6 round clip and was looking to purchase another 6 round when I saw this 10 round clip. It works as it is suppose to and I am happy for the extra rounds. Here’s where it gets to the rub of only 3 stars. The gap! The gap between the bottom of the handle and the bottom of the 10 round clip. It would be nice to have had a grip filler in that gap. It almost looks as if it was forgotten in the package. There is a finish piece on the bottom of the clip but nothing but the clip bare metal in that gap. I had originally thought that it was such to be able to view the number of rounds. But those peep holes end at 5. So a grip finish would have been nice and would have improved the fit of the gun in your hand.

This clip will not feed the bullet at all. I have tried a number of times and it has not feed once. For this reason I give this product a one star which is too high for a product that does not work but there is no lower rating I can give. I will do as others and try bending the lips to see if I can get it to work. The quality of the materials seem good but that means nothing if it does not work. I would rather have poor quality and a working clip than good quality and a clip that does not work.

If you want this thing to feed bullets correctly you need to bend the top two sides outward so the bullets release into the chamber smoother and then no jams. Anything great you have to work for so this is no exception. The clip had trouble because it was made before Taurus modified their .338 so the clip sits tight but low, all you have to do is bend out the two metal sides that hold the bullet in. AND KNOWING IS HALF THE BATTLE G.i. J.O.E.

It may work and it may not, some say it will not lock into place and falls out of the gun and some say it will not feed right so all i can say is try it and see. There seems to be different series of this model made and some work better then others. Mine is an E Series Taurus and i was able to tweak the feed lips and get it working, and the ProMag locked into place from the start and didn't try to fall out. So with that said, It may be a certain year or series gun that likes this magazine and others that don't! Hope this helps..
