More firm and durable than cheap foam inserts. I use one to help compensate for a leg length difference I suffered from a motorcycle accident. The insert lifts and cushions the heel without crowding the toes.

this is a good product but not as good as the grey ones they advertised for sale they did this to me twice would never use them again these are not as long lasting nor give the amount of support the other ones do

I found that these inserts greatly reduced my pain, but not totally. Having never had Planters "Fash shi itis" before I didn't realize that there was a "left" and a "right" insert. So I had to find additional inserts for my other shoes. I recommend purchasing two or more sets. It's a pain having to switch them back and forth, or forgetting to do so. These inserts appear to be quite durable. Time will tell.

You really need to reduce packaging. With the supposedly "green awareness" and helping our environment that everyone claims to possess, this was irresponsible. Product came in a box nearly the size of shoe box. There was additional padding and 4 or 5 sheets of paper explaining an insole. Then the package that I would have purchased in a brick and mortar store.

I am a basketball referee. I get flare-ups of plantar about every 6 months. After the last onset I purchased ProFoot. It has helped, but not to the extent I had hoped. Still worth it for the very affordable price.
