A good start.
This is a scientific review of studies that have been done so far. The few recipes for cooking are ok. There is a lot of information, but it is not easy reading. I would like to see more about growing in regions other than Arizona, and something clearer about preservation of the crop with the medicinal and nutritional properties intact. The info is there, it is not very coherent. The greatest value is the comparative rarity of the information.
