for 99% people would work very well/me..need to make adjustments in cooking...still doable
well made/easy cleaning/quick cooking/only drawback for me is unable to see part of "pop up"safety features of release valves due to my apartment stove having microwave placed over the top of my stove...makes cooking harder to judge when done and if enough pressure has built up in cooker to be correctly used

Then I got a type of electric pressure cooker but still seemed to talk and award. This one is very good quality, not small but not so massive. Nice little pressure cooker
Well made and works great for cooking If you intend to use this as a pressure canner it will only hold 3 pint jars. Not a problem for me as this is what I wanted to make small batches of canned veggies etc. I am only giving 4 stars because 5 awesome sauce is a stupid rating for anything.
