Russia just the beginning
Goes way beyond Russian recipes. Written as former Soviet Union was caving and includes recipes from all the former states. So lots of Eastern Europe, Baltics, and even Central Asia. No photos, but these are generally pretty simple, homespun recipes, and very unique compared to our US menus.
