Please Teacher is a great story about a single boy with a rather perplexing disorder. After witnessing quite a wierd sight at a lake, he's pulled into a strange relationship with an alien who happens to be his new teacher. Here to study earth this gorgeous female gets a job as a teacher and moves in right next door to Kei (The main character.) They quickly become friends, and after they are caught in a storage closet, they are forced to tell the principal they are married, so she won't lose her job. To make things more convincing they decide to actually get married, and move in together. Along with a very perverted uncle and overly sweet aunt, these "Lovers" face a wide variety of ups and downs. Altogether, This is a must see for any Otaku.
I can't say I enjoyed this as much as Please Twins (which I watched first and got me interested in this series). This is cute and funny and it explores a lot of bizarre and wonderful concepts. The back of the DVD suggests a 16 and up rating but I think kids much younger will appreciate and enjoy this. Be careful listing it on ebay though. Mine was kicked off because some overzealous person trying to "protect the children" reported it saying it needed to be listed in the Mature category. It doesn't but ebay still pulled my listing.
This is a great anime! Funny, witty, and romantically charming. An alien comes to Earth and disguises herself as a teacher in order to better view and understand our society. Unfortunately, one of her new students finds out and in order to keep her secret identity from getting out and so she can keep her job as a teacher, they say that they're married - then to prove it they get married for real! Lots of mild sexual humor and plenty of romantic drama to keep one interested in a story about the complications of "secret" relationship between a student and his hot teacher... who's also an alien! Did I forget to mention her mother and sister come to Earth to seduce her new hubby?
