If you want a bluetooth that just lets you talk on your smartphone this is it. You cannot listen to you iTunes or movies using this device. You also must press the button on the bluetooth to answer the call its not like other devices I have owned were you can use voice commands without pressing the button to answer or disconnect the call. Very basic bluetooth.

First let me say the company I purchased these earpieces from (4SurPlusCity)is simply the BEST - they have integrity. Now, at the risk of sounding repetitive, let me say this earpiece (the Plantronics 233) is simply the BEST I've ever used. I've tried almost every Plantronics earpiece and many many other brands. I use one 12 to 18 hours a day and I'm very fussy. In my opinion this earpiece is worth every penny of $75, though I hope the seller doesn't read this - lol. Everyone I talk with agrees that this is the best and we've done direct comparisons. I've used this model since it came out and it's predecessor the 230 before that. I just purchased 3 more for future and backup. With the one caveat, (it doesn't play music), I believe it's the best earpiece ever produced, bar none, period. This Plantronics Bluetooth is wonderful. Very clear! Light weight. I bought this brand because I had had one before and its the best brand that I have used. I feel that the Plantronics products are of excellent quality. I have used other brands and they don't measure up to the great quality you get with Plantronics.
The Plantronics Explorer is an excellent choice as it is easy to adjust, volume is clear. I have ordered an older model before and because it lasted a couple of years and was so easy to use, I ordered from another, same design, same good fit Model 233 from 232.
As pictured. It fits my plantronic 230 Bluetooth. Would buy again
