Sturdy and solidly made the build quality does not reflect the entry level price. Sound quality is open and spacious with a reasonably lucid mid band and sweet highs, bass is good and articulate but does not plumb the depths as you have to bear in mind this design is 43 years old. So; in summation, excellent quality and sound but not for bass heads, highly recommended.

It did say "untested" so I can't really complain Caveat Emptor seems to be the rule here. The speakers in the phones were loose and banged around and the sound was tinny and barley audible. If I buy something like this again I will make sure it says "tested"

Made in the Late 70's, these "cans" have a great sound and when used near a Hot Mic will not cause feedback because they seal so well around your ears. They are comfortable and durable and sound Much Better than the crap they make totally out of Plastic today. The foam will be dry rotted when you find them but you can always find some to replace it with if you search hard enough & get lucky. I would not pay more than $20 With Shipping for them.....remember they are 40 years old and were about $20 new.
Thanks for sending them broke I had to fix them for another 20 bucks it was rapped in card board paper and had no support surprised it wasn’t torn to pieces I want you to reply back to this please have a great day

Great purchase! They came in the original box and it seems like they've never been used...from 1977! The headphones are in great condition and sound awesome. I would definitely recommend to anyone interested in vintage stereo equipment.
