I picked this up because I remembered enjoying a movie of the same name many years ago. After I looked at it further, I realized it was non-fiction and not a novel the movie was based on. I still thought it would be interesting and went ahead and read it. It was interesting, but in an account like this I want footnotes, lots of footnotes. Nope, nary a one. Of course the story is always the sources are insistent upon not being identified and vague threats of conspiracy, discovery, and murders hangs over the whole thing. It was still interesting and I couldn't help but think where there's smoke there's fire, but it's one of those things like Kennedy's assassination--plenty of speculation but no proof.
This was a great book.
