The Diabetic's Healthy Exchanges Cookbook
I have several of Lund's other cookbooks and she is excellent. She uses normal household ingredients and is not pretentious. Most things you already have or do not have to make special trips to get. I bought the diabetic cookbook because there is now diabetes in our household and we are cooking healthier and watching the carbs.
