This is my second Pantech Laser because the first one became completely unresponsive. I was hesitant to get another one but I missed this phone so much so I gave it another shot. This phone works so much better than my first one! It's not the most perfect phone you can buy but, if you really want a Pantech, this is the best one you can get. I honestly believe that this phone works so much better than the brand new one I bought from Best Buy because this one was seller refurbished. I feel like it didn't lag as much and it just generally ran smoother. That's just my opinion but why else would it be so much better this time around? Anyway this phone is great for texting and calling. I wouldn't know how good it is for web browsing because I do not have a data plan. The camera has no flash but it does take nice pictures. You can also take panoramic shots on here! Generally, it's a great phone if you don't want to get a smartphone.Read full review
I bought this because it was the thinnest QWERTY slider I could find. I have been pleasantly surprised with the overall quality of this phone. The screen is very good, the keyboard is roomy and responsive, and the features are pretty good. I miss voice dialing, but there is a nice option to draw commands on the lock screen and you can use that for very quick calls to favorite contacts. The other thing I've been disappointed about is the battery life. I bought a factory new battery thinking that maybe the original battery was losing capacity, but the new battery is the same.
Bought this phone originally as it was free from my provider when I renewed my contract. The draw something feature makes calling from the lock screen easy. I don't need my speed dial, I just draw the letter or symbol on the screen and it dials to the person I want it to. Much better for texting with the full keyboard, I type faster and easier.
I love this phone, I wanted a touch screen with a qwerty keyboard. After a little research I found this Pantech Laser. The color of the screen background is wonderful. I liked that I could either use the touchdial pad or I can use the slide qwerty keypad. The one thing that I dislike is the size of the phone. I would keep my old phone in my pocket, this one dosn't fit well in my front pocket. Overall this is a great phone to invest in. My first touch screen phone.
I love to text... always have. I purchased a Samsung Impression- which broke on me very easily (and may I add quickly, as well?). So when I began research on AT&T phones with QWERTY keyboards, this one jumped out on me. I love to use Facebook and Twitter, also- so it was right up my alley. The phone did end up malfunctioning because i had it in my pocket at work and i do sweat a lot, but it was my fault, not the phones. I cried when I found out just how broken it really is. So when I went on the hunt for another phone, I couldn't help it. I just wanted my laser back. I love this phone. the screen is amazing with LCD. The QWERTY is spacious and easy to maneuver. All in all, It's just an amazing phone that you'd be crazy to pass on.
