This is my third....this will actually use some apps and can connect to the internet if you must...but it's an early version and is very limited in both function and size screen. It is a good texting phone and is sturdy. For the price they go for it is a great starter phone for kids. Biggest negative is no flash for the camera or light on it. Screen unlocks itself pretty easily in your pocket. It can be used on standard phone packages without paying data charges like the smart phones that you have to buy a data plan for...this one you don't--that's why I really like it.

This is a great phone! I got one for my husband and then I liked it so much that I got one for myself too. I love the fact that you can put the phone into advanced mode or easy mode. We keep ours in easy mode most of the time. And it is indeed super easy to use. I do occasionally hit too many buttons on the touch screen all at the same time, but I think that touchscreens need to be sensitive and I just try to type too fast sometimes. Overall, this is a great phone and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who does not need a smart phone but who wants one that is as fun to use as a smart phone. Enjoy :)
I'm still getting used to using this phone. Overall, it works great but I have one complaint: I cannot get the buttons to work quickly and efficiently. Do I tap? When I do it seems like nothing happens, but then other times, it goes crazy! Anyway, it's fairly easy to use and I bought it to replace a phone that was very unfriendly to use, so I guess it's working out.
Love this phone. Simple to use. Never scratches the screen. Durable. Easy to text. You have lots of screen options. I choose easy mode for simple everyday choices.the battery last a long time. I was looking for a QWERTY phone.other phones I have had needed screen savers, and the battery did not last long.
I had a Pantech Ease which, sadly, fell into the street and got run over. Amazingly, even though the glass was shattered and phone dented, it still works...you just can't read what's on the screen. I wanted to replace it with the same phone since I liked its ease of usage, full keyboard, as well as the fact you can use a simple mode and a full mode with internet access and all the bells and whistles. So I went to ebay to purchase a used one and am quite satisfied with my ebay experience and the phone!
