I'm happy with this phone, especially for the price, but it is a headache to use the features. Something as simple as deleting a missed call takes four or five steps and it is totally not intuitive. I find it very frustrating that I have to look at the user guide for something as simple as adding a number to the address book. I cannot find a way to view outgoing calls or to view the duration of calls. I gave up trying. I think it's a good phone, it's just tough to use.

I was disappointed with some of the features that had been eliminated from an older model. (visual voice display) The total number of numbers that could be stored was less than my previous phone Panasonic phone. When recording the greeting it sound muzzled. I have not been able to figured out how to block unwanted calls, just did not comprehend.

This is our 3rd set of Cordless phones by Panasonic. They just keep getting better. I like their using regular AAA rechargeable batteries. Belt clips are an added bonus. Our only gripe is that the phone set was refurbished and each has a name on the display for Intercom use and I cannot get rid of them using info in the owners manual or on the internet, My wife doesn't like seeing "Big Mama" , " Bubba Jim" , " Billy Bob" or something like them.
