I got these normally expensive phones for a fraction of the original cost, and I am very pleased with them. They are capable of having seperate ring tones, which is a neat feature if you have kids who just have to have their 'OWN phone'. You can use the intercom feature with all three by keying in which number of phone you want to reach (1,2, or 3) which is also handy if you've misplaced one of them. They have a much longer battery life than our old phones. The answering machine is simple and easy to use also. The antennae lights up and flashes on the handsets if you have a message. The reception is as good as it gets. Our microwave use to interfere with our other phones, but these are just fine no matter what is running in the background. I took one of the handsets way out in the backyard and was still able to get reception, also much better than our previous phones. I would very much recommend these phones, I don't think you would be disappointed, at all...Read full review
Bought this to replace the old corded kitchen phone with a cordless model. The extra handsets/charging cradles are a great bonus. We are in the middle of a major kitchen renovation, & while helping the electrician run wire through the wall from downstairs, I remembered the intercom feature on these phones, and decided to try it out. I put one near him, (on intercom & speakerphone) and did the same with my handset upstairs and it was like we were right next to other. Fantastic clarity. I don't think you can beat Panasonic's for their speakerphone & intercom quality. Nice feature that the antennae flashes when a message is left. Thought the men of the house might have trouble with the somewhat small buttons, but it's been about 2 months, and not one complaint. I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone considering it. I don't have one complaint. Even the batteries that came with it (who knows how old) are holding a charge just fine.Read full review
Buying this handset was an inexpensive option when the talk button on our current handset started to fail. Purchasing this handset, although used, saved us a lot of money (and aggravation) vs buying an entire new phone system. So far the handset works just like our old one, and, fortunately, I saved our instructions which allowed me to set up communication between the handset and my base. I should probably purchase another handset to have as a spare when this one eventually fails. The product also shipped just as I was notified. Intelligent purchase overall.

I have had my original Panasonic phones for more years than I care to count. Over those years I have purchased many different names in phones; ONLY to take them back and go back to these Panasonic. The speakers on the Panasonic are LOUD and CLEAR especially for those who have any hearing loss. Easy Set-up Instruction Booklet. The only reason I replaced my extra handset is because I dropped one of my handsets on the tile floor and it evidently cracked the speaker. I WOULD HIGHLY recommend these phones. I hope that these will last me till the end of my days. GREAT LAND-LINE PHONES

This is a good value for a set of used cordless phones. It has far more capabilities than I will every use. I like the caller ID display so that you can hang-up on unsolicited calls. We have 2 base units with a total of 6 handsets in a large 2-story house, and the range of each handset is excellent. However, people who have DSL service may experience so much static on the line, that they have trouble hearing. The solution is to buy a Z-blocker, or filter for the incoming telephone line.
