The Treos are unmatched for productivity, at least in my business where keeping track of customers, scheduling, and bids are of top importance. Data is easy to work with both on the phone and in the Palm Desktop application. I also save money by not paying mobile Internet fees. It's a "smart phone," but it doesn't require a data plan like the new ones, on AT&T anyway. Internet and Email access via laptop hotspots is more than adequate for our purposes. YMMV.
Really excited when I received the Palm Treo. I was so happy that when I plugged it in it stayed charged. I previously purchased many unlocked old Palm Treo’s, and was very upset when they failed to charge or only worked 2 hours till they shut down. The Phone was in good shape and I was able to retrieve my old pics using my memory card!

this is a good phone for the money as far as P.D.A's go,I currently own one of these and wanted another as it has survived several drops and the face was cracked.Phone works well, has all the functions one would need to keep up with your whole schedule, birthday's,ect.
Just needed to get information off of an old card.....but, the original phone was broken. Glad to see that I could order one of these and access the card.
