I loved this book! I'm a patient of Dr. John Sarno's, the doctor who pioneered the idea stress induced pain. This book is an easy read, and no offense to Dr. Sarno, much more interesting and easy to follow than his TMS books. In addition, Scott Brady goes into great detail how to rid yourself of your pain. He gives you strategies, questions to ask yourself, things to journal about - all which are great ways to get rid of your pain. He explains EXACTLY what you need to do to heal. I can't recommend this book enough!
Great book. The information contained in this book changed my life for the better. My pain had decreased at least 70% and I have just started on the program that he outlines in the book within the last two weeks.
