Finally upgraded my system and replaced two (2) channel amps (old Jensen and Baja amps of 90's vintage). This Precision Power unit is pushing 5.25" Infinities in the kick panels, Blaupunkt 6x9's in the rear deck, and a single 6" Bazooka sub in the trunk. Great all around power. No significant noise, signal is strong and clear. I put on the ear muffs to test for high power distortion, but could only go up to about 80% power before backing off to avoid blowing the front speakers (this amp pushes about 20 more watts rms that they are rated for)...still no distortion, so all good. Many adjustment available on this amp so will continue to tune it to my taste. Test drive today for about an hour in 80 degree F and the amp was only warm to the touch, so I can't see it overheating in my application. If you want a single amp to run your entire system and don't necessarily need to rattle your fillings loose (with the plus of avoiding the hassle of wiring multiple amps) ...here is a good choice that you'll be happy with. I replaced a 4 channel Punch 500x and a Alpine MRP-350 mono with this little amp. I fit it under the seat with a capacitor, it takes up less space than the 500x, and puts out more power than the two other amps combined. I am very satisfied with this amp.

I was a bit skeptical about a single amp running mids highs and lows but not anymore. It's impressive. 70w/ ch and 440w on DvC 10" on one clean amp. Love the bass control.
