Its a good radio for the price. I got it for a motorcycle. I have to have it up pretty high when riding. But it still does the job. I've had plenty of boats. And if I had one now this system would go in it when I get a better set for the bike. As it is I'm going to give it to a friend. So if you need a good system at a low price then I say go for this one. It will do the job and you will be happy. Thank you.

It's a good basic stereo and I bought it because it was a cheap replacement for the Pyle that previously died from the constant rain in the rain forest. It doesn't have any EQ options or a remote and it doesn't have the wattage that my previous one had that was one model up from this for about $10 more. If you think it's not going to last long where you're installing it at and want something that still sounds decent then this is the model for you. I have the better model that I installed in a John Deere Gator and it's been going for two years now so they are good tough radios, if you don't let them get soaked in a windstorm where it's raining sideways at 70+ MPH.

This product is a "marine" radio. However, I am on my second one and it is not functioning correctly. This is because the slightest amount of water that touches it, the thing stops working. I am not talking about getting drenched or soaked left out in the rain, just minor amounts.
