well, i bought this for my second cd player nothing fancy or what. i like it, is it's a newer model and it's all black. it's okay, plays great got all the fuction. and the only thing is it don't have graphic on it like the older model, but overall it's still great. for the price, i think it should have been less around $50-$60. but it's a pioneer deck i think it's great, i would recommend this to anyone who's a pioneer fans. it's cheap and it works great...
After reading several reviews about different radio-Hz (last digit, parity/odd -nr) in the US and everywhere else in the world, I was concerned this radio would`nt work here in Norway. It turned out working perfect! Got no problems picking up 10s of stations +++. The sound quality is as most pioneer players; wonderful, and highly recommended! The connector cable in the rear is just bare wires, colour coded and are easily soldered to a female/male ISO socket(not included). It has one pair (L ,R) RCA-output to external amp. The neat-green diodes in the front display is discrete and not distractive in any way. Why bother paying twice the price for a neon-bright "cool", "fancy" player which will enlighten the entire car at nighttime?? All in all, a wonderful player with terriffic sound quality and looks! Highly recommended!Read full review
I wanted an aftermarket car radio with an aux input for my Sansa Connect MP3 player, but I couldn't spend more than $50 on it. I found a Pioneer DEH-11e that had been returned to Best Buy. It came with the harness but not the install booklet but I just downloaded the booklet from Pioneer's web site. It was returnable so I thought why not try it. Then I needed a Metra indash adapter for the radio, a reverse wiring harness and an antenna adapter for a Volvo. I found a complete listing on eBay/Canada and bought that stuff for a third of the retail price; all used but all guaranteed. It works perfectly and I got it for almost half the retail price. I buy lots of used stuff: stereo equipment, golf shirts, car parts, etc. I always buy from dealers with good feedback and from the ones who guarantee their goods (ie, returnable). If it were not for eBay, I would not be able to find all these bargains.Read full review
The name Pioneer is golden, and there is no tuner that can match the grab-hold power of this brand's technology when it comes to radio. Sound and function quality is flawless, with pre-amp outputs for serious upgrades if you so desire. But if you're like me, this is all you need! If this one ever dies, i will own another Pioneer.
Friggin awesome stereo to upgrade to if you are a newbie to stereos on a budget. I love it and its also powering my alpine components. It has a very easy interface to use and allows you to adjust your highs, mids and bass. The AUX port is very convenient too. So if you like it at all then just get it, you wont regret it!
