This set was our landline for years, and we frequently used the ability to conference with one of our family members who called us - like corded phone extensions, all the handsets could be used at once on the same call. When the old base unit failed we bought a whole new set , which had the advantage of a much larger area for saved numbers, and call block. Unfortunately only two handsets could be used simultaneously. This was a frequent inconvenience for the three of us. So, we bought this old base unit, hoping that we could use both cordless sets in our home, and it’s working really well. We were able to pair a few of the old handsets to this base unit, which we use for family calls, while using the new system for most things.

It is a good product and has the very nice feature of call blocking! The battery is longer lasting than any phone I have ever had and the range is also good and it doesn't weigh as much as some others I have had. I bought a second base like it with an extra handset for more blocking ability. It also has a place for a headset to be connected that is essential for talking while working around the house.
Every feature that is listed works great. I especially love the call block and the handset locator button.

We bought this to replace a lost base unit after a recent move. Plugged it in and all the other stations connected seamlessly to this base. The phones are very convenient as they store address books, lists of incoming and outgoing calls and each phone can have a custom ring. Features encompass everything we need. Excellent product, highly recommend.
Excellent product at a reasonable price - simple to use yet with ample programmability. I don't use much of the configurable features other than the address book. The audio quality is excellent, even outside the house in the backyard. Also the fact it uses the standard NiMH rechargeable AAA batteries allows the user to replace the batteries easily.
