I had an Oscar Schmidt classical guitar years ago but since got a La Patrie and an Alvarez Yairi but always felt more comfortable on my Oscar Schmidt so bought another one. It's very inexpensive compared to my other guitars but plays like butter, has nice low action, and sounds wonderful. The craftsmanship is very good and I couldn't find one blemish. This model had a nice high gloss finish. For the money, it's a very good buy and these guitars hold up for years. I'm glad I got another one, it's money well spent.

I have to tell you, I didn't have high expectations for a $100 guitar, I was getting this to carry around and not worry about damaging a high dollar guitar. Well, I have fallen in love with it! Craftsmanship is top notch, I can't find a flaw and I have inspected it thoroughly. Stays in tune, I have had no issues. It sounds beautiful, it really does, it blew me away! I'm not a classical player, that being said, my Willie Nelson songs sound so much better! Don't hesitate, get it! I'm actually going to buy another one for my nephew. If you have tiny hands, don't buy. Med to large hands perfect! I am very pleased and would recommend to anyone to buy it. I gain nothing from saying this, I just had to do a review because this little comfy beautiful baby was the best $99.00 I ever spent or at least that I can remember. It's a sleeper, it sounds better than the price and the price is a steal!Read full review
