Great value for the dollar sounds crisp and clear. Great low and mid range sound for the tweeters they provided with my kit. These arnt the most powerful 6.5s out there but sound clear up to about 900watts on the sub. With these cobalts and my 600 watt Orion all in one slim ported woofer I'd put my system against any factory or even modified factory car system even Harmon and Bose

I purchased these to install in a pair of early 90s Sony transmission line floor speakers. I'm running a Kenwood receiver. They really impressed me when I installed them. I used the Sony crossover in the speaker box. Now I want to upgrade to the better quality and see how they sound!

I'm really amazed at how well the speakers preform especially for the price. These are great if you're looking to add more bass without adding a subwoofer. Definitely need an amp for these but they play loud and clean. I have these in my front and rear doors and couldn't be happier with them

Paired these with 2 skar 6.5s and 2 skar tweeters with a cheap 2 channel amp and they sound clean and loud. Might buy another pair soon. Really good item for the price for someone on a budget.

Just looking around and wanted to show that i have the older version 2009 model CO650 120Watts 6.5" 2-way bought from Fry's and they are very satisfying i.e.( Compared to Kickers, Boss and Pioneer) and it has been 7 years.. Also knew & installed Orion as early as 1980 and was very satisfying too, compared to Kenwood, Pioneer and Jensens as 3-Way 6 x 9's as remembered.. Not sure if it's the same company, because was not into that much detail as a kid. So currently it is a CO652 w/ more Watts. The one installed is 120W w/ amping of 500W and is sufficient. Orions are well-built, and way below Infinity or Polks that were Fry's high-ends then. Orion sound is high-end.
