Poor service, wrong controller advertised as a original
It does not work with our tv. It was advertised to be a factory replacement to work with our model and it does not. It did not come with any instructions or paperwork. I have tried to talk to them. I've asked them to figure out how to pair it, or replace it with the correct one and now it's been about a week and still no answers. I keep getting told to compare it to the original, but if I had the original I wouldn't have needed this one. So then they say just send it back, but on my dime. I want resolution, either they send me the correct one, or send a return label and I will return it.It does not work with our tv. Technicolor is apparently the owner of the RCA brand. I bought this item to control a RCA TV that I had lost the remote for. I made the Technicolor / RCA connection incorrectly and lost. It did not work on my RCA LCD TV. OOPS, my waste of $10

Finally, I found the exact mfg remote as one included with TV.
The previous remote provided with new TV worked for 4 months. I tried and tried to find a replacement from the Box stores, but found that the "universals" are not. EBAY had the right item. I just put in batteries and it worked. Ahhh, that great feeling of something working right.
