I am writing this review because after I left negative feed back the charger started working. But the response time from this company is very bad. I still have yet to get an answer back from them and it's been over a month. So the product works but the communication skills are very bad.

I tried this charger out any like many of you, the original charger is so expensive and reallly want the same quality for a lesser price. Well, after 4 months - IT DIED! I was hoping to at least get 1 year of service from this product. But from the beginning- yes it would charge but the computer would not stay charged for a long period of time- maybe 2 hours max without the plug. I was content to live with that but now it is completely unuseable- that I cannot tolerate. Great price but you really do get what you pay for in more ways than one.

Finally opened this when my old one completely died and new lasted all of 30 minutes before it quit charging. Since I have a major presentation due Monday had to search online to find it in a store to get one that actually works. I guess you get what you paid for.
