Loudon insists on giving complete explanations throughout the book. This is good because you have to except very little 'on faith'. He also regularly uses trivial nomenclature, this can be good or bad depending on your view of IUPAC.
Great information regarding Organic Chemistry. Extremely helpful and easy to understand (as easy as Organic Chemistry can get...). Future use as textbook for course.
