I contacted the seller and was able to confirm with them that there was an issue, but easily resolvable. I live in Alaska so getting products here can be challenging. I contacted the seller who promptly resolved the issue by shipping another replacement mount. So far very nice, price was good, very detailed quality product and looks amazing. Thanks Chris
