Well since I used original jacuzzi cleaner prior to Oh Yuk I didn't see the difference since I was the only one using a bathroom jacuzzi for hydrotherapy and after shower. I make it a routine to clean the jacuzzi tub since debris from showering can accumulate in the tub and jet pipes that blow bubbles and water for relaxation so I have to use these special cleaners as maintenance. I was using jacuzzi cleaner on a Jacuzzi tub because it's made by them but decided to try Oh Yuk instead. As mentioned I was doubtful if it cleaned that good in the tub and jet lines. How I knew it really worked was that I had my relatives as guess come over and they used the jacuzzi tub in which I stopped using since that was their bathroom. After they left I noticed how grimey it was a used Oh Yuk as directed. This time as I filled the tub with hot water and turned the jacuzzi on for 20 minutes running I saw all the filth and muck. Wow. I am not sure if Jacuzzi brand jacuzzi cleaner would have worked the same but was impressed. Plus with jacuzzi brand jacuzzi cleaner you have two bags you got to run separately which takes a lot of time if not a chore where as with Oh Yuk you just poured 4 oz for 15 to 20 minutes to get all the gunk out and drain and rinse.Read full review

Owning a jetted tub for the first time, I looked into many cleaners to check which ones had good reviews. I also watched numerous videos, looked into a lot of websites, but none were as reviewed more publicly than oh yuk. So, i gave it a try. Based on my experience, i could tell you that it’s not a good one. I was so excited trying this out. After following the instructions the first time, then running the tub again to see if there were any debris left... there was. I thought, hey, i’ll need to run it longer the next time, plus it’s only the first wash, maybe the old owner didn’t use it as much... i was wrong. I ran it again, little debris came out. The third time, some eeky stuff came out. On the forth run, black stuff came out. Then the fifth and sixth, the same thing. But my problem is, I don’t think the product works as it is presented. I was expecting the 15 minute run (even with the added extra 15 min) to have cleared the jets and pipes, all in that time, but it just came out in very very small portions that I had to fill my tub and run it more than 6 times. I literally finished the bottle already, and still stuck with an unusable tub. I guess, my search continues.Read full review

This stuff works like a Champ! It removes all the old gunk that has been accumulating in the pipes over time. I used it on our spa tub because it had been sitting for years unused before we bought the house. I ran it through and flushed the pipes a couple of times to make sure everything, including the pump, was free of that black scum and scale. Now it is part of our regular maintenance to keep body oils and chemicals from collecting again. It's easy to use and does a great job. I highly recommend this product.

Works fine thank you but it took 4 treatments to get a new jetted tub clean. Tub was about a month old and started to have black flakes. Directions that came with the tub said to clean it every 30 days. Big mistake cleaning the tub two or three times a month is about right.

It really easy to use and it did a real good job at cleaning our jets on our tub, didn't realize how dirty they were until we used it
