This is not the Oasis anyone knows. I don't like this CD. I have never listened to the whole album at once. I am a die-hard fan. I saw them when they toured for this CD, and the show was epic. But when they played these new songs it just changed the feeling of the show. Noel let other band members write a lot of the tracks. And I think maybe they wanted to try something new anyways. I like my Oasis classic-style. I didn't want them to change. This album is so different. They are still AWESOME at concerts and everything. This CD just didn't do anything for me. It's kind of sad. Teens and younger kids seem to like it, but Oasis lifers don't seem to.
Love this band. These guys are so talented, gifted.

This album has some real good cuts and flows well. There are no stadium anthems like you sing alone to on "What's the Story.." but that's not a bad thing here since the band is past their mid 90's peak. The song writing is good and you'll find yourself enjoying a great band enjoying their 40's gracefully.
This is a great rock CD. Oasis are evolving going back to their roots. Some of the songs have arrangements that remind The Beatles. However the album is more rock than a classic Beatles one. A couple of the songs seem to be just fillings.
