Reasonably priced, easy to use
I like the fact I could find it on e-bay. The book is a required text for a Nutrition class,which I am taking this semester (winter 2009).

Good textbook
This is a good text book. Written very clearly and gives good background information to the topics. Like any text book, the price was too high but It was required for a class so I needed to get it.
