Well, it has a color, backlit screen, which is great. It is easy to use, and the volume is relatively high. There are many games for it, and it is definitely worth the 24 something dollars that I paid for it. The screen could be of a better quality, like having better color, but I am happy with it in comparison to all Game Boys before it. Due to its slim design, it can be difficult to hold it and play games, and I would say my hands are medium-sized, or a little smaller than the average grown man. But with all the great features it has, I can overlook this complaint.
It's been a while so I don't remember how good the graphics are supposed to be, otherwise seems dull not bright enough. Otherwise it's good.

The Nintendo Gameboy Advance SP is my favourite handheld system. It has a great button layout, it is not uncomfortable to hold, and the controls are not confusing. The backlight in the system makes it great because it can be played at any time. The best part though is the battery. The batteries in these systems are like camels, they last incredibly well, even if the backlight is being used.
The item was in as good of a condition as was mentioned and works properly

This was a used device that had some screen degradation but otherwise functioned fine. I'm not sure if this is typical of these devices but on this one the screen seemed dull and the refresh screen lines were visible, distracting and caused eye strain. I returned it, got a fully refurbished one for a few dollars more and that one has none of those issues. For the difference in price, I'd recommend new or refurbished. Buying this device used? Check carefully for screen degradation.
