Never disappointed when it comes to Nikon, you get exactly what you pay for. Top quality that preforms beyond expectations. Crystal clear, can't even tell that there is a filter on. I have it on my 35mm 1.8g dx, since the hood is so small and I get close up to things it gives me that assurance that I won't damage my lens. It's easy to replace a filter, not so easy to replace or a repair a lens. I would recommend this to anyone.

Performs as expected, with no noticeable difference in images with or without the filter. I only tend to use filters on wide lenses where the hood does not provide much protection, and these filters are optically excellent. The only downside is that this filter can be moderately difficult to clean - my Hoya HD protector filters clean up much more easily (but are considerably more expensive). Lens cleaner tends to leave smudges on this filter; If you get a smudge on this filter, I have had good success with the Q-Tip and distilled water method, or with a bit of Dawn (no citrus) if you get a really stubborn oily smudge.

Best quality products after Singh Ray,in this age of Digital cameras UV or Skylight filters are not needed anymore, this filter will visibly reduce glare & is an economic alternative for Nikon L37C(UV).Using skylight will increase colour saturation while NC filter will not,it will also guard your lens element like other filters.Up-to-dated alternative for UV & SKYLIGHT FILTER.
Excellent NC filter, protects lens without creating distortions or affecting color.

Optically perfect and multi coated to reduce flare. Well worth having to protect the front element of expensive Nikon lenses. Don't skimp; Nikon filters and Nikon lens are made for each other.
