at first it seemed a bit of a lower quality however after making a few rolls I realized it was the user. I now can handle it much easier and make my sushi in no time. Easy clean up. I actually have 2 friends who want to borrow it to try before they buy. I think they will be buying one. Good thick PVC quality too. Only thing I wish the cop stayed on tighter.

The sushezi roller is a nice idea, but I feel it takes quite a bit of practice to get it right. I found the instructions for use were inadequate. I had several failures. My sushi had the fillings falling out, or off-center, with rice either too loose or too compacted. I haven't used it as much as expected.

iif you make a traditional sushi roll this product is ver easy to learn. eliminates a lot of the skill and tools. once you get a sense of how much rice and the fillings; it is pretty easy to have success.

I've been using this sushi maker almost every day since I bought it. I used to use a bamboo roller to make sushi (which was kind of a pain), but this sushi maker makes that part super easy. If you genuinely enjoy eating sushi and don't mind preparing the ingredients, I recommend this product. But if you only eat sushi once in a while and don't want to go through the trouble of preparing the rice, etc..., then you probably shouldn't buy this.
