Anything XD 11 speed is pricy. This is a very good compromise between cost and performance. I bought the 10-42 t unit for my Trek Farley 9.6. Make sure you follow all manufacturers instructions for installation. Use a torque wrench and make sure its done right. Also, keep your chain clean and lubed , this will add life to this expensive part. I replace my chains at .75 measurement, chain is far less expensive than the cassette.

These are a little heavier than the X01 or XX1 cassettes, but are also much less expensive and more reliable as the pinned construction won't potentially pull apart the way the pressed-on large cog on the spendier cassettes can. I prefer these on my snow bike in Alaska, where a broken cassette can mean a long cold slog back out.
