I used this IDE to SATA Adapter to get my internal Iomega 250MB Zip Drive into my Windows 10 environment. I got it to work, with a few back and forth between various BIOS settings and Windows 10 installations. The key is "not" to use SATA RAID and turn on "Legacy" or "UEFI and Legacy" in the BIOS. Also, when updating Windows 10, "do not" go beyond version 20H2.
