For MAC User This is a excellent cheap way to have digital sound for less then $3 USD. It could take 1-2 months to receive from overseas but it well with it. I suggest you buy a few at a time, you can give to your friends. Simply plug in and got to sound preferences and select output USB sound card. Im sure it works for PS users but I have a MAC and it works beatifully

It's good for backup, if you NEED USB connection for your 3.5mm headset, but the sound is lacking. I compared it to connecting my headphones directly into my PC, and the sound has basically no bass when connected through this product. The build quality is pretty decent, and it appears to have a good few buttons and LED's on it. So for the price, I would say it's something to buy if you don't have anything like this lying around already.

This USB sound card doesn't support greater than 48 KHz bitrates but the sound is very good at 44 & 48 KHz. It even handles my condenser ear mic which needs plugin power. One thing the makers & sellers always omit from the product specs is the Analog to Digital conversion specs or even whether there is an AD converter inside. What's up with that? Well it seems that there is an AD converter inside providing 44.1 & 48 KHz digital output.

I bought this sound card for my raspberry pi. I tested it with my windows pc, linux notebook and even with 2 androids (6.0 and 7.0). It works like a charm and I would definitely recommend it.
