This replaced a 8+ year old hot water dispenser and it had been a nice improvement. The handle is great and the metal faucet does not get as hot as the water, making it much safer. I installed it by myself in less than 90 minutes which included a trip to the hardware store for a part to connect the copper tubing to my existing line. The instructions were straightforward and easy enough for an experienced DIYer. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Package arrived on time and in good shape and was as described in the listing. This is a quality product and installation went well except that I was replacing and existing Insinkerator and they don't come as complete as they used to. The copper supply line is now much shorter now and barely reached my water connection and I had to buy a 1/4" nut and compression feral to finish the water connection.
