I ordered this shower head and what a Great Deal! The package was delivered earlier than I expected and everything was intact despite the box being a little banged up. The box read high pressure and this product does not fall short of it's name. I took a shower and the pressure was son strong it felt like it was literally blasting the dead skin away. I didn't use the pipe attachment that came in box, only because I didn't want to try something to difficult. So I unscrewed my other shower head and only attached the new shower head piece and arm mount. Best part "I DID IT ALL BY MYSELF" :-). The install was easy and the instructions are detailed, I didn't need the instructions but they are there if you need them. The box includes plumbers tape which was nice as I didn't have any in my tool box.......... Ok now the cons: The pieces are made of plastic, so it does have a cheap feel but the painted chrome finish has a nice look. I have used plumbers tape and most of the pieces don't leak. Where the shower head screws into the mount leaks just a little bit, but maybe w/more plumbers tape you all will have better luck. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase and for less that $20 I can't be to picky. I would recommend this product. Read full review

everything seems to work alright. it is a cheap buy, so you get what you paid for. the bad problem is where do you put the hand held shower head. the mounting slot for it is way too small to fit. so you just let it hang down. that is probably why the picture have a lady holding the shower head. the grooved out slot is for decoration i guess. i rather buy a better design. the unit looks a little cheap though.

Definately a lot more pressure! Some of the settings are very strong if you want a massage action, you can choose from several settings. I priced similar products at other home improvement stores, and the shower heads were much more expensive for comparable to the function and quality of this one. I really do love this product and I highly recommend it. It delivers a lot of value for your dollar. Five Stars***** Will buy again.

I love the strong stream of water pressure I get with this and I notice that when I turn OFF the water, it's only about a 1/2 turn of the knob! Even when both shower heads are used at the same time the water pressure stays strong. The only problem I have is trying to turn the shower head to a different setting - probably due to the strong pressure. I can certainly deal with this minor problem. Definitely worth the price!
