This book covers all the general basics for planting and maintenance of your garden. Even some other ideas for your garden. However, if you're looking for specific info on a particular flower it may or may not have it, and for the flowers it lists there's not much detail, just very basic info. Has some great pics. If you're just getting started with gardening, then you will love it. If you're an experienced gardener then it probably won't be to helpful. Still in all, I enjoyed the book and picked up a point or two. Just my 2 cents :) Keith
I simply love this book! It offers me many ideas and has wonderful colored pictures all throughout as well as ideas for: planning, planting tips, plant suggestions, garden pools, pests, starting seeds, dividing plants, pruning, and much much more. All ideas I can do myself around my home and how to... I have absolutely no complaints! If you're interested in doing any type landscaping yourself around your home, I would definitely recommend this book, I just can't say it enough...I LOVE THIS BOOK.
