I got one of these for my dad after liking mine so much. We have both found this model to be wonderful for normal printing and 4 x 6 photos. Just got this one again for Dad as he's wearing his other out and wants the same one again.

The printer could not print any pages. It was not the issue of ink, but the printer head was defective. I tried to clean it numerous times with the software, and then used alcohol to clean the heads, all to no avail.

Bought from Target on 8/13/2013 ($120). It was used to print Xmas cards and a few other documents. Anyone who knows me knows that I use many other tools to save things I need and rarely print anything unless it's something I have to sign and scan in or snail mail - and that's rare too. In July 2014, the printer developed a paper jam that couldn't be cleared. After spending an hour total on hold and another hour practically taking the printer apart to see if there was paper stuck somewhere, turning the unit on and off, unplugging it..., Epson sent another identical printer to the house. Thing is, I had only put 2 sheets of paper in the printer to print 2 documents, and I KNEW there was nothing else in the printer - I had them both in my hand. Got the new printer on 7/7/2014. Printed a test page, 1 document and in printing the 2nd one, the printer stopped 1/3 of the way through telling me to seat the cartridges. They were seated and I reseated them. On closing the lid, a "communication error" developed, which turned into a "scanner communication" error. When these printers have ANY issue with any part of the printer, it renders the entire unit inoperable. A paper jam really shouldn't affect a printer's ability to scan. Wednesday, another, over an hour on hold and with tech support. I had to email a picture of the receipt - because I couldn't use the scanner - and someone from the warranty department was supposed to call me the next day - they didn't. Another call on Friday. Again, on hold for over 30 minutes and time talking to customer relations. Keep in mind the hours I spent on hold, talking to tech support and customer relations, time to unpack and set up 2 printers - soon to be 3, not to mention the time it took to pack up the return (soon to be another) - like entering the Publishers' Clearing House Sweepstakes with finding this code and putting it there and this label and putting it somewhere else - we wanted a refund - 2 printers in less than a year - who wants another one? He kept referring to the fact that the printer is over a year old and they don't have a refund policy - really? I reminded him that THIS PRINTER IS LESS THAN 2 MONTHS OLD! I want something that works and told him that in the effort to maintain good customer relations, they should offer a refund because obviously there is a problem with this model or their products in general, and told him that I had an HP for over 15 years that was still working when I gave it away and had a Dell that worked for over 5 years before it stopped feeding paper correctly.Read full review
I've had four Epson WF3520's and have been very impressed by it's qualities of a fine print result, handy ink cartridge replacement, long cartridge use, easy instructions for most uses, and Epson Company provides good and frequent upgrades and reviews.

This was my second Epson Printer All-In-One purchased. Both are wonderful machines and are better than expected in every category. My last 4 or 5 printers have been HP's and have been so-so in my experience. Set-Up is way easy and intuitive and Print Speed and Quality far exceed my past printers. There is no slight of hand with the Epson such as Print-Pins, High priced inks, or exotic Name Brand Papers required. Best part was buying direct from Epson which comes with its own benefits by having promotional advantages.
