Only propblem is cannot use it as a filing system as it did not come with a PC CD (or product registration) and because of this cannot scan in duplex mode - but can use as a regular scanner by downloading NAPS2 (freeware) and this application in some respects is better for my purposes than the filing software (allows a pause when scanning large files) and I only needed it for PDF files (not filing).

I haven't been able to use the scanner because for some reason I can download the software...it an older model with no support, so unfortunately I'm stuck with it. Going forward I will do my homework before purchasing electronics online. Verlinda
